All schools are asked to contribute Lutheran Schools Annual Support for LHS, LES, and ECM as applicable.  You will need to add choices/quantities for each level separately.

Wisconsin schools are expected to pay their per student share of WCRIS fees. These fees are paid in advance by CLS for all Wisconsin schools.
